How Dare You Threaten Our Best Traffic Generator

Via The Chicago Tribune: An Aurora man who sent threatening e-mails to a Playboy magazine model pleaded guilty to cyberstalking Wednesday and was banned from most Internet use and sentenced to 60 days in the Kane County Jail.

Edson Diaz, 20, of the 1000 block of North Avenue was also placed on 30 months of probation and ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. Judge Grant Wegner also barred Diaz from electronically contacting the woman.

Jennifer Walcott, an Arizona resident and 2001 Playmate, was the target of several threatening e-mails from Diaz between April and August 2007.

Diaz became aware of Walcott, who is married to Chicago Bears player Adam Archuleta, after finding her MySpace page and had sent several profanity-laced messages threatening to beat her.

What a piece of shit. My question is this: How do you bar someone from the internet, or electronically contacting her? That's like saying don't cross the river you illegal Mexicans, even though there's no fence holding you back. Speaking of illegal Mexicans, they're rallying downtown this morning. Funny how everything interconnects.
